A Childhood Bound by the Horizon of Palms** I grew up in the heart of Myanmar’s coastal beauty, where my earliest memories are inseparable from the swaying fronds of coconut trees. In our village, the horizon was a sea of green, and the rhythm of life followed the falling of the fruit. To me, the coconut grove wasn't just a place of play; it was my home and my heritage. ![Thurein Linn - Shwe Thit Tee](https://www.shwethittee.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Thurein%20Linn%20-%20Shwe%20Thit%20Tee.webp?width=550&height=733&name=Thurein%20Linn%20-%20Shwe%20Thit%20Tee.webp) ## **2. The Untapped Potential of Our Land** As I grew older, I began to look at those familiar trees with new eyes. I realized that while Myanmar is blessed with an abundance of coconuts, most of this wealth remained underutilized. We had the raw materials, yet the market for sophisticated, value-added coconut products was still developing. I saw a gap that needed to be bridged—a chance to elevate our local resources to a premium standard. ## **3. The Birth of Shwe Thit Tee** This realization sparked the fire that became Shwe Thit Tee. I didn’t just want to start a business; I wanted to build something that honored the trees I grew up with. With a vision to showcase Myanmar's coconut excellence, we began our journey, turning simple coconuts into premium ingredients and essential products for our local industries. ## **4. Falling in Love with the Process** As I spent more time in the facility and the fields, my connection to the industry deepened. It wasn't just about the products anymore; it was about the intricate beauty of the coconut itself. Every layer of the fruit told a story of resilience and utility. I fell in love with the process of discovery—finding new ways to bring out the best in every batch. ## **5. The Zero-Waste Revelation** The more I learned, the more I was pained by what we used to throw away. In traditional processing, so much of the coconut is treated as waste. I knew there had to be a better way. This led to the cornerstone of our philosophy: the **Zero-Waste Ecosystem**. I became obsessed with the idea that in a perfect cycle, "waste" does not exist—only raw materials for the next innovation. ## **6. Engineering a Sustainable Ecosystem** Today, Shwe Thit Tee is a living laboratory for this ecosystem. We have engineered our production so that every part of the coconut is utilized. The meat becomes fresh flakes and oil , the husks become high-strength fiber and organic chips , and the shells are transformed into clean-burning spherical charcoal. We are proving that industrial efficiency and environmental respect can walk hand in hand. ## **7. A Commitment to the Future** My journey from a boy in the coconut groves to the founder of Shwe Thit Tee has been driven by one simple goal: to leave our world better than I found it. By choosing our products, you are joining a mission that supports local farmers, honors traditional roots, and invests in a sustainable, circular economy. This is my life's work, and we are just getting started. ## Share this post [mailto:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.shwethittee.com%2Fblog%2Fthe-journey-of-shwe-thit-tee](mailto:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.shwethittee.com%2Fblog%2Fthe-journey-of-shwe-thit-tee) ![Shwe Thit Tee Logo](https://www.shwethittee.com/hubfs/Shwe%20Thit%20Tee%20website%20Logo.png)  Myanmar's premier coconut innovation company, dedicated to sustainable B2B solutions and ethical manufacturing.  #### PRODUCTS - [Coconut Fresh Flakes](https://www.shwethittee.com/our-product/coconut-fresh-flakes) - [Shredded Coconut Snack](https://www.shwethittee.com/our-product/roasted-coconut-chips) - [Coconut Charcoal Briquette](https://www.shwethittee.com/our-product/coconut-charcoal) - [Coconut Oil](https://www.shwethittee.com/our-product/heat-pressed-coconut-oil) - [Coconut Coir](https://www.shwethittee.com/our-product/coconut-coir-fiber) - [Raw Coconut Husk](https://www.shwethittee.com/our-product/organic-coconut-husk) #### COMPANY - [About Us](https://www.shwethittee.com/about-us) - News - [Careers](https://www.shwethittee.com/contact-shwe-thit-tee) #### CONTACT - location\_on No.561, 562 Seik Kan Thar Rd, Hlaing Thar Yar, Yangon, Myanmar - call [+95 9 755 421 678](tel:+959755421678) - mail [info.shwethittee@gmail.com](mailto:info.shwethittee@gmail.com) © 2026 Shwe Thit Tee Co., Ltd.
